Everyday Piano School teaches children, so we collect as little as we can and we never sell information. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • From parents: name, email, phone, and billing details handled by our payment processor.
  • About your child: first name, age and piano experience, so we can place them at the right level.
  • Lesson recordings, stored on the school's account and available to you.
  • Basic, aggregated website analytics.

Children's privacy

We collect information about children only from a parent or guardian, and only to teach. Children do not create accounts. A parent can review or delete their child's information at any time by emailing .

How we use it

To schedule and teach lessons, send your daily notes and Friday recordings, bill tuition, and improve our teaching. We don't use your information for advertising to children.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the school: scheduling, video lessons, payments and email. Each is bound to use the information only on our behalf.

Keeping it safe

Lessons run on school accounts, never a teacher's personal account. All communication goes through the school.
