Serious progress, a little every day
Many Arcadia students take piano seriously, working toward Certificate of Merit levels, competitions and school performances. That kind of progress comes from frequent, correct practice, which is hard to get from one lesson a week and six evenings alone.
With a 20-minute lesson every weekday, your child's teacher hears every piece five times a week and fixes problems the same day. Lessons fit around Arcadia Unified homework and activities, and there's no drive along the 210 or Huntington Drive at rush hour.

Weekly lessons stall. Daily lessons stick.
The lesson isn't the problem. The six days in between are, when your child practices alone and repeats the same mistakes.

Who teaches your child
Every teacher is conservatory trained, teaches kids only, and is chosen for patience first and musicianship second. Teachers never rotate. The teacher your child meets in the trial week is their teacher.
Safe by design
- Every teacher is background-checked
- A parent is home during every lesson
- Lessons are recorded on the school's account, and you can watch any of them
- All messages go through the school, never a teacher's personal phone

Questions parents ask
Do you prepare Arcadia students for Certificate of Merit?
Yes, from Level 2. Repertoire, technique, sight-reading, ear training and theory are built into the daily lessons, so preparation grows steadily through the year.
Can lessons fit around school and activities in Arcadia?
Yes. You choose a fixed time on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., and it stays the same every day. Many families pick a slot right after school or right after dinner.
Does my child need a piano?
Any 61-key, touch-sensitive keyboard is enough to start. By year two, your child will need 88 weighted keys, either a digital piano or an acoustic. Your teacher will help you choose when it's time.
What ages do you take?
Children 7 to 14. If your child is under 7, book the assessment anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether daily lessons will work now or in a few months.
Is it really every day?
Every weekday. Monday to Friday, 20 minutes, with the same teacher. Weekends are off.
What if we miss a lesson?
Reschedule it within the same week. We don't drop lessons, because the daily rhythm is what makes this work.
Do you prepare for Certificate of Merit or RCM?
Yes, from Level 2. Your teacher builds exam preparation into the daily lessons, including theory, ear training and the exam pieces. Read our Certificate of Merit guide for parents.
Is 20 minutes enough?
For a child, 20 focused minutes with a teacher beats 45 minutes alone. Mistakes get fixed the same day instead of practiced for a week. Daily feedback is the method. More in how long kids should practice piano.
What if my child already plays?
The assessment places them at the right level. We have three, so a child who already reads music starts where they are, not at the beginning.
How does the guarantee work?
Tell us within 30 days of your first paid month and we refund that month in full. One email is enough.
